Most entrepreneurs looking for a low-tax base consider a Free Zone, provided they meet the qualifying conditions. Mainland suits those who want to operate directly in the UAE market. Offshore does not fit active business: it provides no residence visa and no full corporate bank account. You do not have to decide on your own. We recommend the right form based on your goals.
